WHO we are...
Reeves Brown - Principal
Reeves has worked for communities across Colorado for over 30 years. Having grown up on his family’s 5th generation cattle ranch in eastern Montana, Reeves says he developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors …but not Montana’s harsh winters. “I spent my formative years freezing to death on the back of a horse, thinking ‘When I grow up, I’m SO moving south!”
After graduating from Montana State University with degrees in Economics and Business, Reeves relocated to Colorado where he’s enjoyed a milder climate ever since. He served as Executive Director of the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association and then Club 20 (the Western Slope advocacy group) before being tapped by Governor John Hickenlooper to head Colorado’s Department of Local Affairs from 2011-14. In 2015, Reeves started Synergy Solutions to offer his professional services to help others.
Reeves enjoys hiking Colorado’s high country, snowboarding, scuba diving and horses… MOST horses… except Jack.
